Reporting an insurance claim should be easy. With us, it is.

Being faced with the unexpected can be a very stressful thing, but we don’t think reporting an insurance claim should be. We’re here to help you every step of the way, making your claims experience as simple and convenient as possible.

It’s important to get all claims reported to your carrier right away, so we have several options to make it quick and easy:

Filing your claim electronically is the most efficient method, which means you get paid quicker. If you haven’t downloaded your carrier app yet, now is the perfect time to do so. Most apps have claims features that allow you to submit photos, text information and receive payments, streamlining the entire process. You can also file a claim online with all of our carriers, even if you haven’t yet set up your online account with them.

Any time of day our phone system is set up to get you to someone that can help.b Just follow the prompts for ‘claims’, select your insurance company and you’ll be routed directly to their claims department. During business hours, Katie is available at extension 28 to answer any questions you may have and help you get your claim filed with the company.

In Person

We understand that having a claim can be scary, overwhelming and confusing. We encourage you to stop by our office as often as you like during the claims process, no appointment necessary, and we’ll make sure either a claims specialist or an agent makes time to discuss any of your concerns or just help through the process.
What to expect from us

As an independent agent, we don’t work for any insurance company. So, if we’re not signing claims payment checks, what do we do during a claim?

We are an insurance expert, on your side during a claim, making sure things go right.

All of the companies we choose to work with have a strong reputation of prompt and fair claims settlement.  Our job is to make sure they uphold that reputation.

We want to know right away about any experience you have during the claims process, no matter how small, that you think should have been handled better by the insurance company.

We advocate for you to the company when necessary, and, as part of the largest independent agent partnership in the country, the companies listen to us. We’ve won thousands of claims dollars for our clients that they never would have seen if they didn’t have someone outside of the insurance company fighting for them.

We will do everything possible to ensure that your claims are handled and paid fairly and promptly.

Things to Know
  • Take any steps necessary right away to prevent further damage to your property. Save your receipts.
  • There may be benefits to using a contractor or garage recommended by your company, however you are free to choose your own facility to do the work.
  • It’s OK to go ahead and get an estimate, but don’t have any work started until you’ve talked to your adjuster.
  • Always call the police to the scene of an accident. Even if it seems obvious who is at fault.
